Your art should arrive in perfect condition as we take every precaution with regards to the packaging and shipping. However, on rare occasions and for reasons beyond our control, items become damaged during the shipping and delivery process. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your artwork when it arrives, due to damage sustained, then please do not hesitate to contact us at:

Shipping policies
We package all of our prints in tissue paper and strong cardboard tubing. Our sculptures are wrapped in tissue and/or bubble wrap then boxed up securely to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Royal Mail handle our deliveries within the UK, and for international orders, we always send Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or International Courier, to enable us to track each order.
